Job Description

About Us

We are a fast-growing D2C brand creating safe, premium, and fun kitchenware for kids and families BPA-free stainless steel bento boxes, tiffin boxes, sippers, and plates thoughtfully designed for Indian homes.

Why This Role Exists

We are building one of India's most loved kids kitchenware brands from the ground up. As we scale, we need someone who doesn't just support the founder someone who thinks like a founder, acts like a founder, and owns outcomes like a founder.

This is not a Chief of Staff who manages calendars and prepares decks. This is a Mini Founder someone who picks up entire functions, runs them independently, and reports back with results. You will anticipate what needs to happen next and make it happen before being asked.

If you are a sharp, ambitious operator with an analytical mind and an entrepreneurial hunger this is the role that will define your career.

You are the founder's second self owning ops, data, strategy, investor relations, growth experiments, and everything in between.

Co-own the entire ops function supply chain, vendor management, inventory, fulfilment, Amazon

Track every operational metric RTO, CPO, fill rate, inventory turns, vendor SLAs

Flag operational problems before they become crises

Own vendor performance reviews data, scorecards, corrective actions

Drive execution on open ops items independently without hand-holding

Build financial models, unit economics frameworks, and scenario analyses from scratch

Translate raw data into sharp insights and founder-ready recommendations

Identify P&L leakages, cost optimization opportunities, and revenue gaps using data

Own demand forecasting models — predict what will sell, when, and how much

Build competitive intelligence — track what competitors are doing on pricing, products, channels

3. Investor Relations — The Face

Own investor reporting end to end monthly MIS, board decks, investor updates

Build and maintain the data room financials, metrics, cap table, legal documents

Prepare pitch materials, business plans, and financial models for fundraising rounds

Track investor relationships communication cadence, follow-ups, relationship management

Monitor key metrics and translate them into compelling investor narratives

Support due diligence processes data, documents, and analysis

Attend investor meetings with or on behalf of the founder

4. Strategy & Growth — The Compass

Own Annual Operating Plan — target setting, resource allocation, milestone tracking

Identify new growth levers — new channels, new geographies, new product categories

Build business cases for every strategic decision — new 3PL, new warehouse, new market

Run competitive and market research — consumer trends, category dynamics, white spaces

Track industry news, D2C trends, and competitive moves — brief founders weekly

Evaluate new partnerships, vendor relationships, and channel opportunities

Own post-mortem analysis on every major initiative — what worked, what didn't, why

5. Cross-Functional Glue — The Connector

Run weekly business reviews — prep, facilitate, document, and follow through

Ensure every decision made in founder meetings is executed on time with accountability

Work across marketing, ops, finance, and customer experience to drive alignment

Own hiring support JDs, screening criteria, interview coordination for key roles

Build org structure recommendations as the company scales

Manage special projects that don't fit anywhere else

High attention to detail investor materials and financial models must be perfect
