Own high‑visibility business problems by working directly with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and drive measurable outcomes.
Lead strategic analysis and decision‑making across markets, products, or functions using data‑driven insights, financial modeling, and structured problem‑solving.
Drive end‑to‑end initiatives-from ideation to execution-partnering with cross‑functional teams across strategy, finance, operations, and leadership.
Shape and influence leadership thinking by developing executive‑ready presentations, recommendations, and business cases for top management.
Identify and unlock value creation opportunities through market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment where your ideas and initiatives can directly impact business direction and results.
Build future leadership capability by continuously developing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Contribute to long‑term strategic priorities, gaining exposure to board‑level discussions, transformation programs, and enterprise‑scale projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should:

Be a 2026 graduate from a M7 University with an interest in returning to India.
Have prior experience in strategy, impact, investment banking, or startups.
