About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and leadership team. This role is critical in driving key initiatives, improving execution across functions, and acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team.

The Chief of Staff will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution
    • Partner with founders to define priorities and convert highlevel goals into clear, measurable execution plans.
    • Track progress against milestones, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Founder's Office & Special Projects
    • Act as a trusted extension of the foundersprepare briefs, surface insights, and support decisionmaking.
    • Lead highimpact, ambiguous projects endtoend, driving outcomes and alignment across teams.
  • CrossFunctional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
    • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, including investor updates and leadership reviews.
  • Operations & Process Improvement
    • Design and scale internal processes, systems, dashboards, and metrics to improve operational efficiency and execution rigor.
    • Promote a datadriven approach to decision making and continuous improvement.

  • 48 years of experience in consulting, startups, or high-growth environments
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • High ownership and execution mindset
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach

Preferred Background

  • Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
  • Exposure to strategy, operations, or business roles
  • MBA or equivalent experience (optional)
