Key Responsibilities:
. Work closely with leadership to drive marketing strategy and execution priorities
. Own business reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
. Analyze marketing performance across channels and identify growth opportunities
. Build and manage dashboards, reports, and business intelligence frameworks
. Translate data into strategic recommendations and execution plans
. Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product teams
. Support leadership in decision-making, planning, and performance trackingCandidate Profile:
. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, consulting, or strategy roles
. Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and customer acquisition
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
. Ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
. High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:
. Candidates from top-tier institutes (IIMs / equivalent)
. Prior experience in founder's office / EIR / strategy / consulting roles
. Preferred from Consumer / D2C / FMCG / Retail businesses
. Exposure to start-up environments or high-growth companiesWhat We're Looking For
