We are a fast growing fintech, 40 plus people strong, raising our next round, and closing broker distribution deals that will define how research reaches retail investors in India.

About the role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and founding team, turning strategy into execution across the company. This is not a support role. You will sit at the center of fundraising, partnerships, product priorities, and hiring, and you will be trusted to drive outcomes across teams without needing everything spelled out for you. What you will do

• Act as a direct extension of the CEO, driving follow through on priorities across product, growth, partnerships, and operations
• Own critical cross functional projects from start to finish, coordinating tech, business, and compliance teams to get things shipped
• Prepare fundraising materials, investor updates, and board level communication with the founding team
• Track company wide goals and metrics, flag what is off track before it becomes a problem, and push the right people to fix it
• Sit in on key broker and partnership conversations, help structure deals, and follow up until they close
• Build and refine internal processes as the company scales, from hiring workflows to reporting rhythms
• Represent the CEO in select external meetings and internal reviews when needed
• Bring structure to ambiguity, taking a loosely defined problem and turning it into a plan people can execute

What we are looking for

• Three to six years of experience, ideally including time in a startup, consulting, investment banking, or a similar high pressure, high ownership environment
• Sharp analytical thinking paired with the ability to get into the weeds when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable drafting for investors, partners, and internal teams alike
• A bias for action and follow through, someone who chases things to closure rather than waiting to be asked twice
• Strong judgment and discretion, since this role will have visibility into sensitive company information
• Comfort working in a regulated, compliance heavy industry

Good to have

• Prior exposure to fintech, broking, or capital markets
• Experience supporting fundraising or working closely with founders
