Role Description The Chief of Staff (Education/Edtech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role will work closely with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of key educational and edtech projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving strategic planning cycles, tracking progress on organizational goals, preparing executive briefs and presentations, and supporting decision-making with structured analysis and research. The Chief of Staff will facilitate communication between departments such as academics, operations, counseling, marketing, and technology, ensuring alignment on program launches, partnerships, and learner experience initiatives. The role also includes overseeing key leadership meetings, managing special projects, identifying process improvements, and serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior management.

Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic priorities
  • Manage and track high-impact projects and organizational initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Support decision-making through research, analysis, and recommendations
  • Improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, including agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support change management and organizational transformation efforts
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
