About The Role & Team
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to the CEO who will work at the center of Meesho's leadership system - partnering closely with the CEO and CXOs/GMs to drive company-wide strategy, operating rigor, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
This is not a support role - it is a leadership role.
The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO - helping evolve the company's operating system, driving mission-critical strategic projects, shaping culture, and increasing the velocity and quality of executive decision-making. The role will continuously evolve as the company's priorities evolve.
This is a front-row seat to building and scaling a public technology company - and requires extreme ownership, structured thinking, execution speed, and leadership maturity.
What You'll Do
- CEO Leverage & Executive Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner and thought partner to the CEO
- Help prioritize, structure, and drive the CEO's highest-impact initiatives
- Improve CEO decision velocity and clarity through structured inputs and analysis
- Prepare strategic briefs, decision frameworks, and executive narratives
- Represent the CEO in key forums and internal leadership discussions when needed
- Company Operating System & Governance
- Help design and continuously evolve the company's operating cadence and management systems
- Drive cross-functional governance rhythms (reviews, planning cycles, performance tracking)
- Improve clarity, alignment, and accountability across leadership teams
- Ensure follow-through on CEO and leadership priorities
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead and execute high-impact, cross-org strategic initiatives
- Work on projects that cut across business, product, tech, and operations
- Incubate and evaluate new business opportunities and adjacencies
- Structure ambiguous problems and convert them into executable plans
- Work closely with CXOs and GMs to unblock and accelerate key priorities
- Culture & Leadership Influence
- Help reinforce leadership principles and cultural expectations
- Drive leadership communications and alignment initiatives
- Influence how decisions get made and how leaders collaborate
- Help raise the bar on thinking quality and execution discipline

What You'll Need
- Must Have
- 5-7 Years of work experience
- Strong structured problem solving and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working on complex, ambiguous business problems
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Comfort working with senior leadership teams
- Strong Advantage
- Experience building or scaling tech products or businesses
- Startup or high-growth company operating experience
- Prior experience in founder's office / CEO office / strategy roles
- Experience working closely with product and technology teams
- Exposure to marketplace, e-commerce, or platform businesses
