BluePond.AI is a Gen-AI-powered PaaS startup helping organizations in the Insurance industry drive operational excellence.
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership in driving key organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business growth efforts. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational execution, stakeholder management, and strong communication capabilities.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enabling cross-functional alignment, supporting leadership decision-making, and driving high-impact initiatives across the organization.
Base location : Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, drive, and monitor organization-wide strategic initiatives, including tracking progress and reporting outcomes to leadership.
- Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects across business functions.
- Set up and scale marketing support and inside sales functions to improve business development effectiveness.
- Lead and support M&A initiatives, strategic partnerships, and related due diligence activities.
- Support fundraising efforts through investor materials, presentations, research, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Drive organizational enablement initiatives, including India branding efforts, foundation activities, and culture-building programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong expertise in deck preparation, documentation, abstraction, and executive communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High level of ownership and execution focused mindset.
