We're hiring a Chief of Sales (Revenue Head) at Brand 247.
This is not a support role.
This is full ownership of revenue.
Brand 247 operates across offline media (billboards, LED walls, cinema, hotels, malls, standees) and online advertising solutions. We're building a business where inventory, pricing, and demand actually make sense. Now we need a sales leader who can turn that into predictable cash flow.
What you'll own
- End-to-end revenue across offline + online sales
- Personally closing high-value deals, annual retainers, and exclusivity contracts
- Building and leading city-wise and vertical-wise sales teams
- Pricing strategy, sales playbooks, and go-to-market execution
- Selling bundled online + offline advertising solutions
- Revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline, and growth accountability
- Working directly with the Founder on expansion and partnerships
Who this role is for
- 815 years of experience in media sales, OOH, adtech, or enterprise sales
- Strong offline sales background with real, face-to-face deal closures
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and performance metrics
- Comfortable negotiating large contracts and structuring long-term deals
- Has built or scaled revenue in a growth-stage or early-stage company
- Thinks like an owner, not like an employee

Compensation
- Fixed salary: 2540 LPA (based on experience)
- Incentives: Uncapped, directly linked to revenue closed and contracts signed
