Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and transform the marketing function at Vastu Vihar (Technoculture Building Centre Pvt. Ltd.) The CMO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market leadership across all business verticals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in real estate, construction, or allied industries, combined with a passion for innovation and technology-led marketing.

Qualifications:
● MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.
● Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent).
Skills:
● Exposure to PropTech, smart buildings, or sustainable construction marketing.
● Familiarity with Vastu Shastra, cultural architecture, or heritage-led brand positioning.
● Experience working in real estate marketing campaigns.
● Multilingual communication skills (Hindi and English).
● Proven track record in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or allied industries.
● Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, lead generation, and revenue in competitive markets.
● Strong expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
● Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
