Skincare/Cosmetics Brand Built for India from Day Zero
A generation of skincare-aware, ingredient-literate consumers from Gen Z scrolling Reels to dermatology patients asking about snail mucin is actively looking for a brand that bridges Korean cosmetic excellence with the Indian skin context.
We are building that brand. We source from Korea, we formulate for Indian skin, and we intend to make K-Beauty as familiar in India as it is in Seoul. What we need now is the one person who can lead the entire world to know it.
We are looking for a partner who is financially positioned to invest their time and expertise in exchange for a significant ownership stake (equity) and a seat on the Board. A competitive salary and performance-based dividends will commence once the company hits its first scaling milestone/revenue target.
You will not be executing someone else's strategy you will be writing it. In return, you will hold real equity in a brand you helped build, with a salary that kicks in once the business does.
The Ideal Partner
- The Cosmetic Expert: You come from a strong Cosmetics or Pharma background with a deep, technical understanding of Korean skincare formulations.
- The Promoter: You are high-energy and hands-on. You enjoy traveling, meeting stakeholders, and running live events to build brand hype.

- The Strategist: You have a proven track record in the Indian beauty/wellness market and know how to navigate its unique challenges.

- Active content engine running across Instagram and YouTube with measurable growth
- First product category launched with documented consumer response and learnings
- Dermatologist seeding programme initiated with at least 20 active clinic relationships
- One scalable acquisition channel validated organic, paid, or marketplace
- Brand community or waitlist of 5,000+ warm leads built ahead of full scale

Brand & strategy
- Define positioning, brand voice, and visual identity for the Indian K-Beauty market
- Build full go-to-market strategy across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail
- Translate Korean cosmetic science into compelling, accessible consumer language for India
- Lead product naming, packaging narrative, and claims strategy
- Own the K-Beauty education narrative routines, ingredients, glass skin, etc.
Growth & channels
- Drive Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content strategy focused on K-Beauty trends
- Build and manage influencer and KOL ecosystem dermat, beauty, and lifestyle creators
- Develop Nykaa, Amazon, Meesho, and D2C website presence and listings strategy
- Build dermatologist outreach and clinic seeding programme
- Monitor Korean beauty trends and adapt launches for the Indian market in real time
Who we are looking for
- 410 years in marketing within K-Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or beauty FMCG.
- Deep knowledge of Korean cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and product categories.
- Fluent in K-Beauty trends from Glass Skin and Slugging to the latest Seoul drops.
- Strong digital marketing foundation content, SEO, influencer, paid social.
- Entrepreneurial mindset thrives without a playbook, excited by ownership.
- Experience scaling a beauty brand on Nykaa, Amazon India, or Myntra.
- Existing network of dermatologists, skin clinics, or beauty creators in India.
- Understanding of CDSCO, BIS, or import labelling compliance for cosmetics in India.
- Korean language proficiency or prior work experience with Korean brands or suppliers.
- Can independently create content briefs, scripts, captions, product copy.
