Where we are at:

The product is ready (more ready than it should be at launch but obviously will keep improving over time). The product and tech team has been there and working for almost a year. And they are kind of good but definitely smart and experienced folk.

There is a branding agency involved and some brand work has been done but is open to change. Consumer research has been done as well.

Go to market. But the right way.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role based in Gurugram. Go to market, the right way. Make a team, make changes, lead from the front, make us all billions. And to be honest, for what it's worth, the product is super noble and helpful and can potentially save and create happiness and peace for families. But yeah, also billions. And you get to share that.

Qualifications

• Preference of Industry Experience: Finance, Insurance, somewhere where high-income consumers have been targeted and converted.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns is an advantage.

Money:

As much as we would like to spare more for payout, as of now, we can do around INR 60-80L per year plus some ESOPs.
