Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As the CMO, you will drive brand positioning and revenue growth by bridging the gap between high-level marketing strategy and deep technical engineering. You will oversee market planning, conduct in-depth research into emerging sectors, and manage public relations to enhance brand visibility. 

A key focus of this role is Strategic Growth and Emerging Market Expansion, where you will lead the development of go-to-market strategies for complex technical domains. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with the rigorous standards of Automotive EV, Medical, and Embedded systems. You will also be responsible for overseeing marketing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging CRM & Client Engagement tools to drive long-term business value. 

Qualifications

  • Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of Automotive EV, Medical, and Automotive Embedded sectors.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CAN, LIN, AUTOSAR, and ISO 26262 standards to effectively communicate safety and performance value props to technical stakeholders.
  • Domain Knowledge: Insight into Testing and Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) environments to better position technical services/products.
  • Strategic Growth: Proven track record in Emerging Market Expansion and developing technical go-to-market strategies.
  • Marketing Management: Expertise in Market Planning, Research, and Public Relations, with a focus on enhancing reputation in highly regulated industries.
  • Client Engagement: Strong skills in CRM management and building high-level client relationships.
  • Leadership: Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
