Our flagship product, SemSure, is a rapid semen detection test designed for both sexual wellness and forensic applications, providing results within minutes using lateral flow technology. The product is currently moving toward regulatory and commercial readiness, and the company is preparing for its market launch phase.

Human Biogenesis operates at the intersection of biotechnology innovation, diagnostics, and healthcare accessibility, with the goal of building scalable diagnostic solutions for real-world clinical and consumer needs.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (with investment) to lead the commercialization and market expansion of our diagnostic technologies.

This is a C-Suite leadership role and will involve building the commercial engine of the company as we transition from product development to market entry.

The role will work directly with the founders and leadership team to design and execute the go-to-market strategy for SemSure and future diagnostic products.

There is no rigid departmental boundary. The scope will evolve with the company's growth and may include market strategy, partnerships, distribution networks, product positioning, and commercial expansion.

The goal is simple: successfully launch our diagnostic products and build a scalable commercialization pipeline.

Key Areas You May Work On

Depending on your experience and strengths:

Designing and executing the market launch strategy for SemSure

Building national distribution channels across diagnostics labs, hospitals, pharmacies, and forensic institutions

Establishing partnerships with diagnostic distributors, healthcare networks, and institutional buyers

Developing product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry frameworks

Driving brand development and awareness for point-of-care diagnostic products

Creating scalable sales and marketing systems for diagnostic kits

Supporting regulatory and commercialization alignment for product launches

Identifying opportunities for B2B, institutional, and international markets

Representing the company in industry partnerships, conferences, and investor discussions

Building and leading the sales and marketing team as the company scales

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and strong execution capability.

Ideal Profile

5+ years of experience in marketing, commercialization, or business development in IVD, diagnostics, or point-of-care medical devices

Experience launching or scaling diagnostic or healthcare products

Strong network with diagnostic distributors, hospitals, labs, or healthcare procurement channels

Experience building sales channels and distribution networks

Ability to work closely with product, regulatory, and leadership teams

Previous experience in healthtech or biotech startups is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
