Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of business growth strategies, revenue models, and market expansion plans.
- Identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and branding initiatives to drive business growth.
- Contribute capital investment and actively participate in key decision-making processes.
- Build partnerships, strengthen networks, and leverage your expertise to drive innovation and expansion.
Who We're Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial or co-founding experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proven sales and marketing experience to support revenue generation and brand development
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Strong financial acumen and willingness to invest in the business
- Someone who has a zeal to build something from ZERO
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies
- Strong capabilities in Marketing Management and Public Relations to create impactful campaigns and maintain positive brand presence
- Experience in driving Sales initiatives and achieving key business objectives
- Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong internal and external relationships
- Commitment to entrepreneurial growth and willingness to invest as a Co-Founder
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation:
- Full-time co-founder role
- No salary until the company becomes profitable
- Incentives and equity will be provided, aligned with contribution and growth
