We simplify discovery, monitoring, and analysis of AI tools, making it easier for users to adopt and stay informed in a fast-moving ecosystem.

We're now looking for a high-energy, ambitious Chief Marketing Officer to join our founding team and lead all outbound marketing efforts from scratch.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a young, driven marketing professional to step into a leadership role and own the full marketing funnel at a fast-scaling AI startup. As CMO, you'll be responsible for building and executing outbound marketing strategies, driving user acquisition, and shaping how the world discovers AI Monitor.-

You'll work directly with the founding team and have the creative freedom to build campaigns, content, and lead-gen pipelines that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute outbound marketing campaigns (cold email or calls-, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, etc.)
• Drive lead generation and demand creation using both organic and paid strategies
• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling for different user personas
• Create engaging marketing content (email copy, blog posts, case studies, social posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and track conversion metrics
• Set up basic marketing operations (CRM tools, funnels, performance tracking)
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing, preferably at a startup or tech company
• Strong understanding of outbound marketing and growth funnels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
• Proactive, analytical, and hungry to learn
• Passionate about AI, technology, and building from zero
• Bonus if you've worked in SaaS, AI, or community-driven marketing initiatives.
