- Develop and implement a cohesive, customer focused marketing strategy for domestic and international markets.
- Lead and manage all marketing functions across the organization.
- Set, track and report on departmental goals and performance metrics.
- Plan, allocate and manage marketing budgets aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with operations to align product strategies with customer needs and market demand.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities, including new geographies and sectors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in a marketing leadership role within an industrial or B2B environment.
- At least 13 years of total marketing experience, preferably in Carbon, Ceramics, Automotive, or allied industries.
Location: Kolkata or Delhi (Depends on the canddiated current location)
Salary Negotiable up to 40 LPA based on current salary and experience.
