Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Chief Manager for S4 HANA Process Excellence in the ERP Value Optimization department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of S4 HANA processes and a proven track record of driving process excellence initiatives inclusive of business process reengineering, within large organizations

Experience
10+ years of experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on S4 HANA processes.
Competencies
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma or Lean.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through process excellence initiatives in a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enhancing and optimizing S4 HANA processes within the organization.
- Facilitate/ Drive enhancement in the processes through business process re-engineering(BPR).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure establish the KPI dashboards in line with the business requirements and the OE framework.
- Partner in the design and development of the SAP S/4 HANA based dashboards and MIS.
- Responsible for the drafting of URS in alignment with the key stakeholders and working with the SAP core team in the implementation process.
- Own the overall SAP S/4 HANA based Operational and Process Excellence framework deployment governance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in S4 HANA process excellence to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
