Job Description

  • Manage a team at business partner site to enable smoother on boarding experience of online customers
  • Is responsible for End-to-End management of queries and escalations of channel partners
  • Responsible for thedirection, control and management of emails/calls and responses in close coordination with departments Medical Underwriting, Business Partners, TPA s, Finance etc
  • Enhance customer experience with effective communication
  • Continuously improve systems and processes with focus on quality and enhancing customer experience
  • Candidate should be capableto gatherrequirement data with reasonable data crunching skillset to create insightful dashboards for appropriate tracking & process improvement actions / solutions. He shall be a good time manager & team player with ability to deliver under aggressive timelines.
