Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional IT projects across SAP, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regulatory systems
  2. Manage internal/external teams and vendors to deliver digital solutions and system support
  3. Drive IT compliance and GxP system validation including URS, IQ, OQ, and PQ phases
  4. Oversee IT operations for manufacturing sites, ensuring governance, budgeting, and reporting

Key Deliverables

  1. Successful implementation of enterprise systems aligned with business growth strategy
  2. Seamless IT service delivery across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality domains
  3. Governance of multi-site IT initiatives including KPI tracking, budgeting, and risk control
  4. High-quality user support, system training, and post-go-live knowledge transition
