Job Responsibilities:
This is a full time on-site role for Chief Manager for Retention in Broking Channel. The Chief Manager will be responsiblfor overseeing day-to-day operations, managing retentiom from broking partners of Delhi NCR, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing budgeting strategies, providing training, and maintaining communication within the team and with corporate offices.
Job description:
Responsible for driving retention oh health insurance business through broking channel of assigned locations.
To maintain profitability of the locations.
To build a strong distribution channel.
Handle a team of channel partners and keep them motivated for driving numbers.
Driving campaigns as per company guidelines

Job Requirements:
Must be currently on a team handling role.
Must be currently into field sales.
Expertise in retention and renewals through retention channel will be upper hand.
Training and Development expertise.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
