Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced and driven professional for the role of Chief Manager – Government Sales in Noida. This role is focused on driving strategic business growth through Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, and institutional clients while strengthening the company's presence in the Government sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Government sales initiatives for airport media assets, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Ministries, Government departments, PSUs, Smart City projects, and institutional bodies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Government stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution, reporting, and client servicing.

- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and long-term account management.

- Stay updated on Government procurement norms, policy changes, and emerging sector opportunities.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Government Sales / Institutional Sales / Business Development.

- Experience in Media, OOH, Advertising, Aviation, or related sectors preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
