Position Summary
The role will serve as the senior SPOC for driving administrative, security, and stakeholder management support across all Serentica sites. It will ensure standardization of processes, compliance with diverse state regulations, and efficient vendor and asset management across multiple operating models. The position will also establish robust governance, MIS, and audit frameworks to support operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and future scale.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Establish and drive standardized policies, SOPs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for Administration, Security, Stakeholder Management, and Community Development across all sites.
- Develop and manage a centralized MIS and reporting framework to enable real-time visibility, unified data management, and informed decision-making across 17 sites.
- Create KPI dashboards and analytics to track performance, identify operational gaps, and support predictive insights.
- Conduct process and system gap analysis and implement improved service delivery standards and SLAs.
- Lead vendor governance, contract optimization, and cost management, including review and rationalization of administrative overheads and budgets.
- Standardize procurement, facilities management, and compliance processes across locations to ensure operational consistency.
- Coordinate with COE, State, and Site Enterprise Services teams to align administrative, security, and stakeholder initiatives.
- Establish and monitor site security protocols, track regulatory updates, and ensure compliance with state-specific laws and safety standards.
- Support Projects, O&M, CSR, and stakeholder engagement teams through effective administrative coordination and operational support.
- Facilitate risk mitigation, emergency response coordination, and internal stakeholder reporting, including preparation of leadership presentations and updates.

Industries consume more than 50% of the electricity generated in India. Serentica s medium-term goal is to supply over 40 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 37 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
