Job Title: Chief Manager / Assistant Vice President

Reports To: Vice President

Education: CA / CS / ICWA / MBA

Work Experience: 2 5 years

Work Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Department: Corporate Solutions Group

Job Responsibilities -

1. Reaching out to senior leaders in finance / treasury / payroll / HR at Corporates, MNCs & SMEs for managing their employee benefit funds

2. Providing Employee Benefit solutions to corporate clients both MNCs and PSUs

3. Mapping the account and conducting escalation meetings

4. Carrying out reviews and investment con-calls for the corporate

5. Providing the necessary help required for resolving any queries regarding formation of new trusts or making changes in the existing trust

6. Carrying out Employee communication in corporate to address any issues that employees may have

Desired profile

1. Solution selling skills

2. Competitive analysis

3. Relationship management and negotiation skills

4. Understand balance sheet, ratio, P&L, interest rate, ROI

5. Knowledge of stock market working
