RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the ATP Sales, Marketing and Business Development on Marketing Regional (North, South, East, West) basis in India and achieve the mutually agreed business plan
- Negotiate/Contract Management with Customers, Distributors/Traders and ensure time-bound completion of assignments
- Ownership of Complete Customer Interface, Product Management, 4P, Logistics, Customer Satisfaction Index and Ensure growth on all the three Matrices of Retain, Grow and Gain
- Management of Corporate Accounts through a Team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Review Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual performance.
- Implement Go to Market strategy and participate in Events, Conferences, Webinars and thereafter Training the Team on monthly basis to create future leaders
- Develop excellent relationship at all levels and formulate strategies for Tier-1 customers
- Doing Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Heat Mapping with Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills,
- Excellent Grooming, Soft Skills, Team Management and Leadership
- Key Minerals to deal: Calcium Carbonate, Dolomite, Titanium dioxide, Barytes, Wollastonite etc.,
Professional Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate should have around 12-15 years of relevant experience preferably in Industrial Minerals catering to Paints and Coating, Paper and Hygiene Segments.
- Professionally Qualified with Techno-Commercial acumen
- MBA (Marketing). Diploma in Paint & Coating Technology will be preferred.
- Innovative, Out-of-the-Box Thinker, Risk Taker with highest level of Honesty, Punctuality and Ethics
- Must possess Driving License
