Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive SME (EB & NonEB) business and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with ICICI Bank branch teams; conduct joint calls and product trainings.
- Handle end-to-end business: lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal coordination, and closures.
- Guide and monitor team performance; ensure productivity and compliance.
- Coordinate with underwriting/operations for quotes, documentation, and policy issuance.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of SME GI products (GMC, GPA, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Team leadership and performance management capabilities.
Qualification
- Any graduate/MBA/PG (full time) with 57 years in General Insurance SME segment (EB & NonEB) with team-handling exposure.
- Good stability
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
