Job Title: Chief Manager- B2B Pre/Post Sales(Laptops)

Educational Qualification: MBA/B.Tech

Location: Mumbai(West Experience is must)

Job Definition

This position is responsible for Note PC (laptop) sales in the west region including Enterprise, SMB and Commercial Channel for NPC.

Key Objectives of the Position

Candidate will be responsible for,

  • Increasing Enterprise/B2B sales by engaging with Enterprise customers, B2B partners/SIs and driving revenue
  • Developing Commercial Channel, managing existing partners and onboarding new partners thereby improving sales for the Note PC category.

Key Tasks Areas of Responsibility

  • Drive Note PC sales for the West region. This includes B2B sales and commercial channel
  • Engage with the Customers, understand requirements, be able to articulate and position Samsung strongly
  • Be able to manage the complete sales cycle from understanding customer requirement, positioning Samsung NPC offering, Commercial negotiations, and deal closure
  • Be able to engage with B2B partners, work with them to generate funnel for Note PC.
  • Manage strong relationship with B2B partners/decision makers, positioning Samsung as the preferred brand
  • Be able to develop SMB/commercial channel for Note PC business. Drive target sell-out and ensuring healthy channel WoS
  • Demand planning and ensuring timely supply to its customers & partners
  • Billing of material, coordination with T1 Partners, coordination with logistics and other stakeholders to ensure timely billing

Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise sales/commercial channel
  • Experience in Note PC sales
  • Experience in the West market (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad etc.)
  • Excellent Partner relationship Management skills
  • Individual should be self-driven, motivated, with positive attitude
  • Should be high on collaboration - be able to coordinate effectively within the organization and HQ teams
  • Individual should be Tech Savvy and should be able to provide solutions to the problems put forth (in context of Note PC)
  • Individual should be well versed with MS tools like Excel & PowerPoint
  • Should be willing to travel, if required, 7-10 days in a month
