Chief Investment Officer & Platform Leadership
We're looking for a senior investment leader to join a high-growth investment platform, partnering directly with the founder to drive investment strategy, capital allocation, platform expansion, and strategic transactions across multiple sectors. This is a builder-oriented leadership role combining investing, operating, and institutional platform development.
Our Ideal Profile:
- 15 -18 years of experience across growth equity, private equity, investment banking, hospitality investing, or entrepreneurial finance.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a fund, investment platform, operating business, or strategic vertical.
- Strong investment execution background with experience across underwriting, structuring, governance, and portfolio management.
- Experience across hospitality, infrastructure, transportation, real assets.
- Strong Asia exposure and regional network, particularly across Southeast Asia and South Asia
- Founder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity, build institutional processes, and drive long-term value creation.
- Flexible on location across Asia; candidates open to regular engagement and travel within the region are preferred.
