1)Define and implement the Information Security Strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

2)Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions on IT Governance, Cyber Security, and Outsourcing.

3)Act as the single point of accountability for information security governance.

4)Oversee:

• Cyber security operations and incident response
• Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT)
• Security monitoring, DLP, antivirus and SOC activities

5)Chair / participate in Information Security Committee / IT Strategic Committee meetings present risk posture to senior management.

6)Manage cyber incidents, root cause analysis, regulatory reporting, and corrective actions.

7)Oversee third-party / vendor security risk management.

8)Drive security awareness programs across the organization.

9)Coordinate with auditors, regulators, CERT-In, and external security agencies.

10)Ensure periodic review and update of:

• Information Security Policy
• Cyber Security Policy
• Incident Response Plan
• BCP / DR security controls
