Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Chief Information Security Officer. The CISO will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity strategy. Key tasks include overseeing information security programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk assessments, and leading incident response initiatives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize security measures and protect the organization's assets against emerging threats.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Security Management, Cybersecurity, and Information Security practices
- Expertise in Application Security and managing secure software development processes
- Knowledge of Business Continuity strategies and risk mitigation planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in building and leading teams for cybersecurity initiatives
