- Define and drive the organization's overall Technology Strategy & Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business vision, growth plans and long-term objectives.
- Own the enterprise ERP charter — lead the implementation and stabilization of the latest version of SAP across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Leasing and Inventory Management to build a robust digital core.
- Champion the organization's Digital Transformation agenda — leading development of a unified digital platform, adopting emerging technologies and embedding industry best practices across the business.
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives spanning Construction, Operations, CRM and Business Process Re-engineering, translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the IT & Digital Transformation team, building organizational capability, structure and talent pipelines to support the technology vision.
- Own enterprise-level Data Security and Data Leakage Prevention strategy, along with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks.
- Ensure enterprise-wide Compliance with data privacy regulations and statutory requirements; institutionalize regular ITGC audits and governance controls.
- Design, own and control the IT Budget, driving cost optimization, ROI on technology investments and standardization across IT infrastructure and network landscape.
- Serve as the key technology partner to internal and external stakeholders — Management, Sales, Customer Service and customers — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on cost and to the highest quality standards.
- Evaluate and integrate new-age technologies (AI/ML, cloud, automation, analytics) into the enterprise landscape to strengthen competitive advantage and future-readiness.
