What you'll do
The CHRO will lead the full people and culture agenda for a multi-function GCC delivering IT, SaaS Products, and Non-IT shared services to group companies and external clients. The role is responsible for managing the growing GCC setup, enabling the scale-up of a new SaaS organisation, strengthening leadership effectiveness, driving capability growth, and ensuring high governance and employee experience.
The role also includes direct responsibility for leading and enhancing the HR Shared Services (HRSS) organisation, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. The CHRO will be a key member of the GCC Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the GCC CEO and Group CHRO.

Experience & Qualifications
20+ years of HR leadership experience in GCCs, SaaS/tech organisations, IT/ITES, shared services, or large conglomerates
Demonstrated experience in scaling organisations, building product/tech-led teams, leading HRSS/shared services, and driving transformation
Experience working across both mature, established organisations and high-growth start-up environments, with direct exposure to 0-to-10 scale journeys (early-stage build, rapid growth, and stabilisation)
MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
