Location: Manesar (HQ)

4050 LPA (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Role Overview
The CHRO will play a critical role in driving the organization's transformation from a promoter-led setup to a professionally managed, IPO-ready company. This role requires a hands-on HR leader with strong exposure to manufacturing environments and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire HR lifecycle Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, and Compliance
Drive organizational restructuring and capability building to support aggressive growth plans
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with IPO readiness and corporate governance standards
Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention frameworks, especially at plant level
Oversee multi-location HR operations across 6 plants
Partner with leadership to build a high-performance and scalable organization structure
Ensure compliance with new labor laws and statutory requirements
Act as a change agent in transitioning from legacy practices to modern HR systems
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in manufacturing HR (factory-oriented role mandatory)
Strong exposure to plant HR, IR (Industrial Relations), and workforce management
Experience in organizational transformation / scaling businesses
Ability to work closely with promoters and leadership teams
Proven track record in employee engagement and HR strategy execution
Preferred Profile
Background in Auto Components industry (preferred)
Hands-on, execution-focused HR leader (not purely corporate HR)
