Our client, one of the biggest real estate conglomerates in the world, is seeking an accomplished and visionaryHR leader to join as the CHRO/Group Director. They will head the HR & Operations function for the entire group and will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company's ambitious growth plans in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Infrastructure sectors across the globe.

Reports to: Board of Directors
MUST Requirements:
- Diversity candidates (to support organizational diversity goals).
- 20+ years of HR leadership experience and currently working as CHRO for a large organization specifically within the real estate sector.
- Key sectors: Large-scale Real Estate Developers, Infrastructure, RE PEVC, Hospitality or IPCs.
- Masters degree preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong exposure to building HR functions in fast-paced, complex organizational environments.
- Exposure to managing HR in a multi-location or global environment.
- Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM, CIPD, or similar, is a plus.
