Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the company's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with client's overall business objectives and long-term vision.

Provide executive leadership on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational design, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Guide and mentor senior leaders across the organization, offering strategic counsel on workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Design and implement initiatives that support a thriving, diverse, and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all HR policies and practices reflect these values.

Develop and manage comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent, ensuring the company's workforce is equipped to meet future challenges.

Oversee the creation and implementation of competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits strategies that align with market trends and company goals.

Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring that shifts in business strategy, structure, or culture are smoothly managed with strong communication and employee alignment.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, while continually assessing and refining HR policies to remain at the forefront of industry best practices.

Foster the growth and development of the HR team, cultivating a strong, high-performing HR function that supports the broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

At least 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Extensive experience in all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and drive business success, especially in rapidly growing or evolving environments.

A deep understanding of change management, with the ability to lead and guide the organization through periods of transformation while maintaining employee engagement and alignment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the HR function.

In-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance, and emerging HR trends, with a strong commitment to keeping the organization aligned with legal requirements and best practices.

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
