Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Design and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead large-scale hiring initiatives across manufacturing, R&D, commercial, corporate, and leadership functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions across the Chemicals and Pharma value chain.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce requirements and develop proactive hiring plans.
- Drive executive and leadership hiring initiatives, succession planning, and talent mapping programs.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Develop long-term workforce strategies to support capacity expansion, new business initiatives, and digital transformation.
- Establish robust talent review, succession planning, and high-potential development frameworks.
- Lead performance management and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness programs.
HR Transformation & Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, process excellence, and HR technology adoption.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, governance standards, and HR policies.
Organization Development & Culture
- Drive change management and organizational design initiatives.
- Build leadership capability and strengthen the organizational culture.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Specialty Chemicals, or Process Industries.
- Strong experience in workforce planning, succession management, and HR transformation.
