Role Overview:

Our client is a well-established Indian Manufacturing Company based in Punjab.

• The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will own the complete Human Resources function.
• We're looking for a strategic HR leader with deep experience in manufacturing with Global Exposure who can align people strategy with business goals, drive Organizational Transformation, strengthen change management,and LeadAutomation.
• Managed a large team of 3000+ employees.
