Job Description

We're looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help shape the next phase of our organization's growth.

This is not a traditional HR operations role.

We are looking for a strategic people leader with the maturity, business orientation, and leadership depth to build high-performance teams, strengthen culture, and partner closely with the leadership team on organizational scale and transformation.

Who we're looking for

  • 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong academic foundation in HR / People Management from a reputed institution
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles such as CHRO / Group HR Head / EVP HR / Head – People & Culture
  • Strong experience working within Indian organizations, especially promoter-led or high-growth businesses

We are equally open to evaluating high-potential leaders who are currently one level below CHRO, provided they have demonstrated strategic influence, leadership maturity, and readiness to step into an enterprise-wide people leadership role.

Preferred experience

  • Retail / consumer / QSR / FMCG / multi-location workforce exposure will be highly valued
  • Experience managing both frontline and corporate talent environments
  • Exposure to scaling organizations and driving cultural transformation

This role may not be the right fit if your experience is primarily:

  • HR operations or compliance-focused
  • Limited to talent acquisition or L&D in isolation
  • Restricted to shared services or non-business-facing HR environments
  • At a mid-management HRBP level without enterprise leadership exposure
