Role Overview

We are looking for a senior industry leader (CXO-level) with 15+ years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure to join as a strategic partner.

This is not a typical job — this is a founding leadership role where you will directly shape the company's growth, partnerships, and market entry across India, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business strategy and market expansion in mining & infrastructure sectors

Leverage network within EPC companies, PSUs, and global contractors (L&T, etc.)

Open doors for pilot projects, partnerships, and enterprise deals

Work closely with founders on product-market fit and positioning

Represent OctaSence in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic discussions

Support fundraising conversations with industry credibility and insight

Ideal Candidate Profile

15+ years experience in mining / civil / infrastructure sectors

Background in companies like Larsen & Toubro, PSUs, or top global construction firms

Strong exposure to large-scale projects (dams, tunnels, highways, mining ops)

Network across decision-makers (CXO, project heads, govt bodies)

Experience in Australia / Europe / Middle East markets is a strong plus

Strategic mindset with ability to translate industry problems into scalable solutions
