The Mission:

Healthcare in Mumbai is undergoing a massive transformation toward integrated, specialist-led care. Starting from scratch 5 years ago, we have built a robust foundation - a roaster of specialist doctors and clinicians, a loyal patient base and steadily growing revenues at the flagship clinic in Khar. We are now poised for the next phase in our journey to expand into a chain of multiple clinics and service expansion. We are looking for a high-energy CGO to act as our growth engine. This role is tailor-made for an individual who is passionate about navigating a dynamic entrepreneurial environment within the heart of Mumbai's rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Your Impact & Responsibilities: 

1) Marketing & Brand Ownership: Lead patient acquisition through social media storytelling and build medical referral networks. You must be excited to innovate in Mumbai's fast-growing healthcare sector, where traditional models are quickly being replaced by consumer-centric digital strategies.

2) Capital & Investor Relations: Lead the charge for external funding rounds. We need someone who can articulate our value proposition to investors looking to capitalize on the dynamic entrepreneurial shifts currently shaping Mumbai's medical market.

3) Strategic Expansion: Identify new service lines and locations. You will use your street-smart intuition to stay ahead in Mumbai's rapidly evolving healthcare environment, ensuring we are always where the patient need is greatest.

4) Leadership: Manage and mentor a core team of two. You will foster a culture of speed and ownership, essential for staying competitive in Mumbai's fast-paced healthcare startup scene.

Who You Are:

1) The Profile: An MBA or Commerce degree from a recognized institution is preferred; healthcare experience is a bonus. Most importantly, you must be a go-getter who explicitly seeks the challenges of a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

2) The Hustler: You are a natural communicator who can pivot from a surgical discussion to a venture capital pitch. You understand that succeeding in Mumbai's rapidly evolving healthcare sector requires constant adaptation and street smarts.
