Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the company's next phase of scale. This role is not just marketing—it is a business and revenue leadership role.

You will own:

  • Revenue growth
  • Product growth and adoption
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Growth P&L

Marketing execution and performance engines already exist. The CGO's mandate is to connect product, distribution, and monetization, and scale the business from an early-growth stage to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own business revenue, growth metrics, and P&L
  • Define and execute the growth roadmap for the next 24 months
  • Identify and scale monetization levers across payments, investments, and value-added services
  • Drive sustainable unit economics and LTV/CAC improvement

Product-Led Growth

  • Partner closely with Product and Tech to drive product adoption, activation, and retention
  • Scale a product-led growth engine across onboarding, engagement, and cross-sell
  • Use data and experimentation to optimize funnels and user journeys

Go-to-Market & Business Expansion

  • Lead GTM strategy across channels (performance, partnerships, ecosystem plays)
  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities
  • Expand revenue through new business models and offerings

Leadership & Execution

  • Build and lead a high-ownership, high-velocity growth team
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (brand & marketing) to align growth and brand outcomes
  • Bring structure, prioritization, and accountability to growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 8–12 years of total experience
  • Proven track record of scaling a product or business from 10 → 100
  • Experience owning revenue, growth metrics, and P&L
  • Stability: someone who has stayed long enough at an early-stage company to see scale through

Background

  • Fintech, consumer tech, SaaS, or marketplace experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and monetization

Skills & Mindset

  • Business-first thinker with strong product intuition
  • Highly data-driven, experimental, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving environments
  • Ownership mindset—acts like a founder
