The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be a pivotal member of our executive team, responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive customer-centricity and growth across all facets of our business. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, strategic foresight, data-driven decision-making capabilities and commitment to ethical practices. The role extends beyond business development and marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion
• Leading efforts to acquire new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build customer retention strategies.
• Leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing, sales, and operational processes for enhanced growth and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply chains, sales, marketing, and finance
• Driving results through Customer Experience Center ( Outbound & Inbound Call center/Chat center /ISR)
• Oversee marketing strategies and manage multiple vendors to ensure promotional activities are executed with transparency and efficiency without compromising the turnaround time of the marketing deliverables.
• Ensure that our procurement practices remain agile, enabling rapid responses to market demands while upholding our commitment to integrity.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing relationship-building with the achievement of our growth objectives.
• Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to formulate growth strategies
• Build agility through new technologies and business efficiency processes
• Understand possible business pitfalls, and build resilience in the brand/product portfolio.
• Be an honest, guiding light to top management on future initiatives.

• Technical skills with expertise in 2-3 domains, preferably from B2B & B2C.

• Experience in driving growth through innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of customer-centricity and its role in driving growth

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, particularly in challenging situations, ensuring high morale and engagement
