The Opportunity

We are seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our founding team. This role demands a visionary business leader with proven expertise in sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, and fundraising. You will spearhead Seed B funding and beyond, shaping the business model and scaling our ecosystem globally.

This is a co-founder role with equity + investment, offering the chance to scale a high-impact Video Analytics platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & GTM: Build and execute growth strategies across B2C (HNIs) and B2B (All Kinds of Businesses) wherever CCTVs are used.

• Sales & Marketing Leadership: Own revenue, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. Build and mentor sales & marketing teams.
• Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with OEMs and Integrators.
• Fundraising: Lead efforts for Seed B funding and investor relations. Represent AIVVAA in pitch forums, accelerators, and VC networks.
• Market Expansion: Define monetization models, scale operations in India, and expand globally.

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years of leadership in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Marketing in SaaS product / Edge Solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with previous startup or scale-up experience.
• Strong network with businesses, corporates, and investors.
• Track record in fundraising, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Willingness to invest capital + sweat equity as a co-founder.
• Hands-on, high-energy leader with the ability to build from zero to scale.
