Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat, India, for a Chief Growth and Retail Expansion Officer. The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, leading retail expansion initiatives, and strengthening brand presence. The responsibilities include managing sales and business development efforts, overseeing marketing campaigns, optimizing digital marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new market opportunities to expand the brand's footprint. The role requires a strong leadership approach to direct teams effectively and maximize organizational potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
• 12-18 years experience
• Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Proven track record in retail expansion and scaling businesses
• Knowledge of the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
