Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be a CA/CPA with an MBA in Finance. They will have 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years as CFO/Head of Finance role in a manufacturing setup.

Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting
• ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
• Regulatory laws
• Provn experience in raising capital, debt structuring and investor relations
• Exceptional analytical, leadership and communication skills

They will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
