Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Synergy Punching (P) Ltd is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing capital structure and resource allocation. The CFO will lead the finance team, develop financial policies and internal controls, conduct financial and operational analysis, and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and investment decisions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely communication of financial performance.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance, along with significant senior-level experience in corporate finance or manufacturing, are highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial management systems, knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations, and demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities are preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements, are important for success in this role.
