Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / M.Com / B.Com

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage accounts, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
• Monitor working capital, fund management, and financial risks.
• Oversee costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, investors, and statutory authorities.
• Support management in strategic business decisions.
• Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and working capital management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry will be preferred.
