Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: Chartered Accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in pre-IPO and post-IPO environments
- Strong expertise in statutory compliance, and financial governance
- Expert in financial management, ensuring stability, compliance, and strategic growth
- Demonstrated capability in cash flow management, risk assessment, and regulatory adherence
- Experience in manufacturing sectors preferred (jewellery sector will be an added benefit)
- Strong leadership presence with ability to engage effectively at Board level
