Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the overall finance function of the organization. The role involves driving financial strategy, capital structuring, fundraising, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and profitability across real estate projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, project cost control, and financial planning.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation.

Lead fundraising, banking relationships, investor relations, and IPO readiness.

Oversee financial reporting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance including GST, Income Tax, and RERA.

Strengthen risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks.

Drive ERP implementation, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Support M&A, business valuation, project viability analysis, and strategic investment decisions.

Provide financial insights and Board-level MIS for decision-making.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background.

18–25 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Candidate must currently be working as a CFO / Group CFO or should have held a CFO position for at least 2–3 years.

Prior experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Consulting sectors preferred.

Fundraising & Treasury Management

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Taxation & Audit Coordination

Risk Management & Internal Controls

ERP & Financial Digitalization

Cost Optimization & Profitability Analysis

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.

Experience managing relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies preferred.
