Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Planning, reporting and performance

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and monthly MIS, with P&L by plant, customer and product line.
• Close books monthly within 7 working days and present results to the management.
• Build KPI dashboards covering margin, conversion cost, yield, wastage, employee cost, raw material cost and power cost.

Costing and pricing

• Lead product costing team.
• Run paper-price pass-through and quote approval with sales, protecting contribution margins.
• Track customer and SKU profitability and flag loss-making business.

Working capital and treasury

• Shorten the cash conversion cycle across receivables, inventory and payables.
• Run collections and credit control for key accounts, including dispute and debt-recovery cases.
• Manage banking relationships, limits, term loans and supply-chain finance (TReDS, invoice discounting).
• Manage forex exposure and export realisation for overseas customers.

Capital investment

• Evaluate capex proposals (machinery, plant expansion, solar, vehicles) with payback and IRR analysis.
• Arrange project funding and track spend against approved budgets.

Tax, compliance and controls

• Own GST, TDS, income tax, transfer pricing (if applicable) and statutory filings under the Companies Act.
• Manage statutory, internal and tax audits; keep audit observations closed out.
• Set up internal financial controls, delegation-of-authority limits and inventory reconciliation across plants.
• Oversee payroll finance and statutory dues (PF, ESI, labour code compliance) with HR.

Systems and team

• Strengthen ERP, costing and payroll systems so plant data flows into finance without manual rework.
• Lead and develop the accounts, costing and collections teams; hire for gaps.
• Act as a partner to the promoters on strategy, succession and governance.
• Regular stock taking and audits at all plants.
• Job card implementation and profitability tracking

Finance Cost Efficiency

• Debt syndication — term loans, working capital limits, NCDs - which products to be

used for best cost efficiency

Statutory & Secretarial Compliance Calendar

Maintenance of a compliance tracker covering Companies Act filings (ROC returns,

board/AGM resolutions), related-party transaction disclosures under Section 188, and

director loan/deposit compliance under Section 185, in coordination with the Company

Secretary/legal counsel.The Service Provider shall flag upcoming deadlines and compliance

gaps but shall not be responsible for actual filings, which remain the Company's/Company

Secretary's responsibility.

Business Insurance Review

Annual review of the Company's insurance coverage (fire, marine/transit for exports, product

liability, key-man insurance) against risk exposure, with recommendations for adequacy of

cover. Actual placement/renewal of policies to be coordinated with the Company's insurance

broker.

Managing the Internal Audit Program

Prior experience in a promoter driven manufacturing company with multiple plants and turnover greater than Rs. 500 crores is a must.

CA Degree is a must

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS

Salary Range: Rs. 30 to Rs. 40 lacs Annual CTC (based on experience & profile)

Work Arrangements

• Location: Noida Sector 59 and regular travel to company plants across Gautam Budh Nagar

• Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Saturday

• Conveyance: Personal conveyance (car) required
